41st Annual Chappaqua Antiques Show

November 1st and 2nd

Come celebrate this upscale tradition for treasure-seekers as it turns 40 this year! Find great antiques, have an excellent meal, and catch up with friends at the Westorchard Elementary School on Granite Road off Route 133 in Chappaqua, New York , on Saturday, November 1, and Sunday, November 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

The Chappaqua Antiques Show is the New Castle Historical Society's major fund-raiser (and fun-raiser too!). This year's event is brought to you by more than 150 volunteers from the community.

More than 55 dealers from the Northeast will display exciting antiques and collectibles. Looking for a pot with a past? How about an awesome awl? Fabulous Fiesta ware? An esoteric etching? Or a fabulous vintage fur? Perhaps the perfect piece for your hallway?

It will all be there for you. Collectors will find just the right Depression glass or early map or Ming Dynasty chair.

The Show appeals to a broad audience of novice antiquers and experienced collectors. Plus-the Historical Society's Gold in Your Attic booth is a great resource with quality donations or consignments from Tiffany pieces to Herend china to Chanel clothes.

A fabulous raffle, a door prize, musical entertainment, gourmet food…it's all part of what makes the Chappaqua Antiques Show the best way to spend the first weekend of November—for the last 40 years! "Amazing volunteers make this Show hum with fresh excitement every year, and the dealers we invite to participate are thrilled to bring their finest wares to tempt customers from our community and also the many who travel from a distance to be at a show with a great track record," says dealer chair Betsy Guardenier.

"More than 1500 people attend the Show to shop, relax at the gourmet café, see friends, and support the Historical Society because, you know, every dollar of our profit from the Show goes to fund the programs and educational outreach of the Greeley House."

Save the first weekend in November because it's when the local atmosphere is charged with excitement at this unique Antiques Show which brings together talented volunteers, shoppers, and dealers for a very good reason. Be there!

Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The ticket donation is $10.00; children under 12 are free. For more details, call the Historical Society at 914-238-4666 or visit our website, www.newcastlehistoricalsociety.org.
